The good thing about this recipe is that you can top the noodles with your favorite ingredients. I used shrimp, scallops, and carrots, garnishing them with green onions and cilantro. I liked the sauce, and afterwards I thought of adding garlic next time. Trying to get the noodles extry crispy and in shape was a little difficult. I needed to form the pancake while frying it and then I had to flip it!
