Authentic Mexican Tortillas, by guest blogger, Dione Nicole

I’ve always loved fresh tortillas, and finally decided to try making them myself. They were super-easy, and tasted wonderful right out of the skillet. I topped them with refried beans, cheese, a bit of plain yogurt (I didn’t have any sour cream), avocados, tomatoes, green onions and salsa, and served them for breakfast. Obviously you could use them for any meal or recipe that calls for tortillas, though.
