So this is just my little creation, sorry for the lack of measurements. it’s sort of a rachael ray-esque recipe in the sense that it’s really quick and easy to make. one of my dad’s favorites was black bean sauce so here’s something i made up the other day.
ingredients: beef, garlic and black bean sauce, white pepper, garlic powder, corn starch or tapioca starch, water, assorted veggies
directions: marinate beef chunks or strips in pepper, sauce, garlic powder. boil veggies in water in a deep wok so that they are almost cooked. Drain some of the water. Add beef, sauce and pepper. Mix corn starch with water in a small bowl and add to wok to thicken the sauce. Mix well. Serve over rice.
